It is understood that Tottenham, while not actively seeking to part with the Wales international, are receptive to letting Johnson leave if they get a substantial offer.

The Eagles are reportedly the side furthest along in their interest for Johnson, but a number of sides are said to be watching developments closely.

Last Campaign of Contrasts

Johnson was Tottenham's top Premier League scorer last season with 11 goals, and secured his place in Spurs folklore by scoring the decisive goal in their Europa League final triumph over United in Bilbao, bringing to a close the club's seventeen-year wait for a major honor.

However, the departure of the previous manager and arrival of Thomas Frank has meant Johnson occupying more of a bit-part role this season.
